Fuller, Rosenberg, Palmer & Beliveau is a full-service insurance defense and personal injury firm with an active practice in all of the Massachusetts trial and appellate courts. The firm represents its clients in a professional and timely manner on matters relating to insurance defense, coverage issues, Chapter 93A litigation and personal injury claims.
Ms. Cox is a magna cum laude graduate of Boston University and received her law degree from Pepperdine Caruso Law School. She also received her Masters degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University. Ms. Cox began working with insurers in 2000 when she worked at The Hartford and Travelers Insurance Company in Hartford, Connecticut. She joined Fuller Rosenberg in 2009 and concentrated on insurance defense. As the principal of Modern Law, PLLC, Ms. Cox practices in the areas of insurance defense, coverage issues, employment law, personal injury claims, business litigation, premises liability, and unfair settlement practices. Her practice also includes dram shop liability, and medical malpractice.
