Fuller, Rosenberg, Palmer & Beliveau is a full-service insurance defense and personal injury firm with an active practice in all of the Massachusetts trial and appellate courts. The firm represents its clients in a professional and timely manner on matters relating to insurance defense, coverage issues, Chapter 93A litigation and personal injury claims.
Mr. Beliveau is a California native and a cum laude graduate of both Suffolk University Law School and St. Anselm College. He began representing insurers while still attending law school through his work at The Harford Insurance Company. He served as staff counsel for General Electric Company for several years, handling a caseload of personal injury and products liability cases for its insurer and also represented the Safety Insurance Company prior to becoming a member of the firm. Mr. Beliveau presently concentrates in insurance defense, litigation in the state and federal courts of the Commonwealth and advises and represents insurers on coverage issues and bad faith litigation claims.
