Mr. Donohue is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and a cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School where he was Technical Editor of the Suffolk Transnational Law Review. Mr. Donohue concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance defense, coverage, and contract litigation. He has handled cases at all levels of the trial and appellate courts in Massachusetts, both state and federal, and he has served as both a mediator and arbitrator of civil matters. Mr. Donohue is admitted to practice before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Reported cases include Capitol Specialty Ins. Co. v. Higgins, 953 F. 3d 95 (1st Cir. 2020); Stanton v. Metro. Corp, 438 F. 3d 119 (1st Cir. 2006); Boone v.
